Benefits Include:

• 10-MINUTE STAGE SHOWCASE - 5 minute reset between acts. Stage has power, sound, microphone. Exact scheduling time TBD.  The 10-minute showcase time allotment will be strictly adhered to so we can stay on schedule.
• Table top exhibit during 1:30pm - 3:30pm.  No music at table top.
• Your company presence in our Online Directory on FLA Website from date of purchase through May 31, 2025 (after payment has been received).
• Your company recognition and link in weekly conference email newsletter, program brochure and mobile app.
• Attendee list post event.  The list will include name, title, mailing address for all attendees but only email addresses for those that opt-in.

  
OTHER NOTES 

• Showcase limited to 8 performers. 
• One 6ft table and two chairs per Performer with reasonable room for your table-top displays and plenty of room between each Performer.  Table tops do not offer electricity.
• One hour pre/post for setup and tear-down.
• Performer can bring a second person to assist with setup and discussion.

• Performers agree that the use of photography may be taken at this meeting for internal FLA marketing use only. 
   
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by April 1, 2025.  No Refunds will be approved after April 1, 2025. 
   
• Performer agrees to adhere to FLA Code of Conduct
   

• No sign, banner, decoration, or production equipment will be allowed to be attached to the wall or ceiling structure or suspended from the ceiling. 

• No Performer shall use any flammable decorations or coverings, NO FIRE of any sort, and all fabrics or other materials used shall be flameproof.   

• Performers are ultimately responsible for safekeeping of their personal property at all times.  FLA does not assume responsibility for any missing items.
