How do leaders form strong connections with their staff? What are employees looking for beyond policies and procedures? And what should 21st century leaders understand about their workers? This pre-conference will examine these areas of leadership in an in-depth, interactive, and hands-on session. Attendees from all library types are encouraged to attend this pre-conference. Time will be allocated for presentation, group activities, breaks, and Q&A.
