Librarians in Florida and throughout the United States continue to experience book challenges and censorship attempts from many aspects of our society. Countering those challenges requires multiple advocacy, collaboration and policy development skills. ALA's Policy Corp members supporting Unite Against Book Bans will share their experience along with resources, methods and techniques to challenge the censors and assist librarians as they defend the right to read in an ever-evolving political and social climate.
